Update MRSS feed

Partially update a feed's enabled flag, poll_interval_s and/or label (the display title shown in the dashboard). Send at least one of them; an empty body returns 422.

poll_interval_s must be one of 3600, 21600, 86400 seconds (hourly / every 6 hours / daily); any other value returns 422. Changing the interval immediately recomputes the next poll into a fresh UTC slot.

label is at most 200 characters and may not contain control characters. Sending an empty or whitespace-only label clears it, and the feed then falls back to showing its feed_url. The feed URL itself cannot be changed - a different URL is a different feed, so register that one instead.

Unknown ids and feeds owned by another team both return 404. Rejected values carry a stable code alongside detail (e.g. mrss.bad_interval, mrss.bad_label); a malformed body such as an empty object returns FastAPI's standard 422 with a list-shaped detail and no code.

Re-enabling (enabled: true) a feed whose plan no longer permits MRSS returns 422 with code: mrss.disabled. Disabling stays allowed either way.
