List MRSS feed items

GET 
/api/v1/mrss-feeds/:feed_id/items

Page through the items collected from one feed. Filter by status (submission state) and/or index_status (indexing state); paginate with limit / offset. Items whose indexing failed carry an index_reason_code.

Unknown ids and feeds owned by another team both return 404. Validation failures carry a stable code alongside detail (e.g. mrss.bad_status, mrss.bad_index_status).
