GET 
/api/v1/mrss-feeds/:feed_id

Fetch one MRSS feed plus its item-status breakdown: submission counts (pending / submitted / failed) and indexing counts (indexed_done / indexed_running / indexed_failed).

Unknown ids and feeds owned by another team both return 404.
