Page through a video's scenes

GET 
/api/v1/videos/:video_id/scenes

Paginated, fully-hydrated scenes for a video — caption, transcript, on-screen text, mood (valence / arousal), detected brands / products / people / locations, plus presigned keyframe and clip URLs.

Use after GET /v1/videos/{video_id} to walk scenes beyond the first page. total is the scene count; iterate offset by limit.

An unknown video_id returns an empty page (total: 0), not a 404 — check the video exists via GET /v1/videos/{video_id} if you need to distinguish 'no such video' from 'a video with no scenes'.
