Multipart-upload an ad video and screen it **synchronously** against the GARM 11-category brand-safety taxonomy plus your team's saved policy rules (and any ad-hoc `rules` sent with this request). Returns a deterministic verdict in a single call — no polling.

📄️Screen a registered ad creative by ad_id (v1.1)

Screen an already-registered ad creative — identified by `ad_id` (must be `status='ready'`) — for GARM brand-safety + policy violations. JSON body, no file upload. The v1 `POST /ad-blocking` multipart-upload route is unchanged; this v1.1 route reuses a creative already in the Ad library.

📄️Look up past screenings (v1.1)

List your team's past screening results, newest first. Filter by `ad_id` to retrieve the result of a specific creative — use this when a screening response was lost to a client timeout, instead of re-submitting blindly.
