Upload one video file for indexing

/api/v1/videos/upload

Multipart-upload a single video file straight into the indexing pipeline. The same async flow as POST /v1/videos, but for a local file instead of a URL — poll GET /v1/jobs/{job_id} for progress.

For many files, repeat this call per file, or send them in one request with POST /v1/videos/batch/upload and poll GET /v1/videos/batch/{batch_id} for per-file outcome. Have a csv/xlsx list of URLs instead? Use POST /v1/videos/batch/upload-sheet.
