Submit a video for indexing

/api/v1/videos

Hand the indexing pipeline a video URL. The response is fast (202 Accepted) — the actual indexing runs asynchronously through scene detection → captioning → embedding → moderation. Poll /v1/jobs/{job_id} to track progress.

Resubmitting a URL that is still being indexed for you does not start a second pipeline: you get the existing video_id/job_id back with created: false, still as 202.
