Get a custom summary

GET 
/api/v1/videos/:video_id/custom-summaries/:custom_summary_id

Fetch one custom summary. status is queued while it is being prepared, then ready, rejected (the instructions were out of scope, see message) or failed (request again). A caller that belongs to no organization gets 422 with code: custom_summary_no_org.
