Returns the API key organization's current quota and remaining allowance.

Missing or invalid API key. Add Authorization: Bearer vuf_live_<keyid>.<secret>.

Key used outside the public API roots (/api/v1, /api/v1.1).

No quota plan for this organization yet — it predates the trial system or the account is still being provisioned.

Request body failed validation.

Upstream service error — usually safe to retry.

Quota datastore temporarily unavailable — retry.
